About Us

Thank you for coming to check us out.
You’ve most likely come to this page to answer some key questions:

What is offered and being taught?
Can I align with this vision and mission?

There are core questions at the heart of your search, and they are the "right" questions to be asking. So be curious. Explore. Do whatever it takes to come to a place where you can be assured and confident that you are being led "right" where God wants you and your family to grow. Ask whatever questions you need to ask. If that doesn't give you peace in your decision on where to Worship the Lord  then, let’s grab coffee. Maybe multiple times.

Our Statement of Faith

  • The Bible
We believe the Bible is God's inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word. and that its authority is ultimate, final, and eternal. It cannot be added to, subtracted from, or superseded in any regard. The Bible is the source of all doctrine, instruction, correction, and reproof. It is the foundation for our faith and practice and provides guidance for our lives. 2 Timothy 3:16 NIV “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness."
  • God
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit. God is the Creator of all things, sovereign, and actively involved in the world. Matthew 28:19 NIV “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."
  • Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully divine and fully human. He was born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead, and ascended into heaven. He will return to judge the living and the dead. Isaiah 9:6 NIV "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." John 3:16 NIV "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
  • Salvation
The word of God declares salvation is a free gift from God, received through faith in Jesus Christ. Human efforts or good works do not earn it; it is a result of God's grace. Salvation is affected by personal repentance of sin, belief in the Lord Jesus (justification), and personal acceptance of Him into one’s life as Lord and Savior (regeneration). Salvation should produce an active lifestyle of loving obedience and service to Jesus Christ our Savior. Ephesians 2:8 NIV "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God"
  • Holy Spirit
The baptism of the Holy Spirit empowers believers for service, sanctifies them, and guides them into all truth. The Holy Spirit is actively at work in Christians' lives, producing spiritual fruit and granting spiritual gifts. Galatians 5:22-23 ESV "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law."
  • The Church
We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, composed of all believers. It exists to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, and serve others. The Church is called to make disciples of all nations. It is essential to the life of the Church that scriptural patterns of discipline are practiced and that oversight for Church discipline, both individually and corporately, are exercised by the leadership of the Church. 1 Corinthians 12:27 NIV “Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it."
  • Baptism & Communion
We believe in the observance of baptism and communion as ordinances instituted by Christ. Baptism is an outward sign of an inward faith, a sign of what God has already done within an individual and is a testimony to all that the person now belongs to Jesus Christ. The Lord’s Supper is a commemoration of the death of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and is done in remembrance of Him until He comes again; it is a sign of our participation in Him. Matthew 28:19 NIV "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" Luke 22:19 NIV "And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, 'This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.'"
  • The Return of Christ
We believe in Jesus Christ's imminent return and hold to the hope of resurrection and eternal life for all believers. 1 Thessalonians 4:16 NIV "For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first." 2 Timothy 4:1 NIV "In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge:"

Our Mission

To usher all who come to hear the Word of God into the saving knowledge and eternal life that lives in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. To teach, train and equip all those who declare Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior on how to look, act and live more like Jesus.

Our Vision

To see what’s on the other side of obedience of being rooted in scripture and led by the Holy Spirit. We aim as followers of Jesus Christ to grow in our spiritual maturity and submit to the perfect will of God for our lives both individually and corporately.

Our Story

We're Andrew and Christine, a couple who have experienced God’s transformative and restoration power. After watching God do a miracle of restoration in our marriage and family, Rooted Right ministry was birthed in our living room in 2021. We have chosen to submit and surrender to the call of God on our lives and we are committed to preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our heart's desire is to see what is on the other side of being obedient to God’s word and to teach and train others on what being a follower of Jesus Christ looks like in their daily lives. We have been serving in church ministry over 10 years. We've been married for 26 years and have two adult children, Taylor and Luke. At Rooted Right, we recognize that church is a hospital for sinners and not a museum for saints. We understand that all have sinned and have fallen short of His glory, which is why we are the perfect church for people who aren’t.
